At HICKS we offer an all-encompassing suite of watch servicing and repairs to ensure your watch needs are fully catered for, with expert guidance throughout your watch ownership journey. The services we can offer are anything from battery changes all the way to refurbishing watches to their full former glory, whether it be new faces, new hands, new dials, new bezels, new movements, new cases and/or new straps.

 

SERVICING FOR LUXURY BRANDS

A luxury watch usually contains over 160 parts. In order to keep your watch reacting and performing in peak condition, it will require a service every three to five years. At Fresh Collection, we are experienced in high quality timepieces. Our operation is based on ensuring that every watch is reverted back to its showroom functionality and appearance.

Each service includes the following :

• Dismantling of case

• Dismantling of movement

• Ultrasonic cleaning of case and bracelet (where appropriate)

• Oiling of components and cleaning of movement

• Testing of gaskets and replacement where necessary

• Re-assembly of dial and hands

• Re-assembly of watch

• Full water resistance & pressure tests

• 5 day mechanical test

• Repair bracelet/ clasp (where applicable)

• Polish glass
